Shipping Information


Following credit authorization and verification, you will receive your order within 5-7 business days. This is an estimate. This does not include weekends or holidays. Standard Shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail and/or Fedex. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier and tracking options.


We are based in Charlotte, NC and we like to offer a pickup option to local customers. Once you have placed your order and you have selected Local Pickup we will email you and set up pick up details. We are located in the NoDa area or Charlotte. 


Orders placed for overnight service before 12:00 PM PST will ship out the same day and will arrive the following day (excluding holidays and weekends.) Please note: at this time Saturday delivery is not available.


We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories.  Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority Mail service.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you are not satisfied with your order we will issue a full refund within 10 days of purchase on all items except custom orders and sale items. All items past 15 days of purchase will not be eligible for a full refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Custom Mila products are FINAL SALE

nce we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.  Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).
